We know everyone is anxiously awaiting more information about Great Wolf Lodge, and we’re excited to share the following updates! Girl Scouts who selected May 1-2 or May 2-3 have received this information by email. The second round of emails for May 15-16 and May 16-17 will go out next week.

Room confirmations will be sent shortly, directly to your email from Great Wolf Lodge.

Great Wolf Lodge uses a mobile app for purchases during your stay. If you’d like to get a head start, you may go ahead and download the app in advance.

Hotel room check-in will be available starting at 4:00 PM. However, guests may arrive as early as 10:00 AM and begin using the water park at that time.

Event check-in will take place in Party Room B. There will be signs and staff available to direct you to the correct location. You will check in with a GSSJC Product Program staff member, where you’ll receive your water park wristbands.

Great Wolf Lodge has waived the fee for additional guests, so each check-in envelope will include six (6) wristbands per room for hotel and water park access.

Cookie Reward Levels

Girls reaching 1,000+ cookies will receive a hotel room, water park passes and a parking pass.

Girls reaching 1,500+ cookies will receive all of the above plus one (1) Wolf Pass

Girls reaching 3,000+ cookies will receive all of the above plus the Platinum Dining Credit

All other purchases will be at each family’s discretion. Great Wolf Lodge also offers:

Please note:

Rooms have already been assigned by Great Wolf Lodge, and we do not have control over room locations.

Your assigned visitation date may not be changed.

We do not have access to the room assignment list.

All rooms will be standard family suites with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

Once you arrive at GWL, please check in at the Party Den. Go past the lobby check in, into the Adventure Park tunnel, and look for the Party Den room on the left.

Do not check in at the kiosk with a QR Code!

To park in the lot, pull a ticket to get in. Parking will be covered with your wristband when you leave.
