Information for the Cookie Program

Adults must be a registered 2025 member and have an approved background check (CBC).

To declare your role for a new member:

    1. Go to www.gssjc.org
    2. Click on MyGS and login
    3. Click on My Household and Add a New Role
    4. Click on Filter and search for your troop number
    5. Click Add Role under Troop Cookie Manager
    6. Select the volunteer position and your name at the top of the page
    7. Choose Free Product and click Submit Member Details



The latest revision of the 2025 Volunteer Cookie Guide is available. A page with the list of revisions has been added. The guide is hyperlinked for ease of use. Every year, thousands of girls across our council get ready to participate in one of our most anticipated times of the year - Girl Scout Cookie Season! The Cookie Program is about so much more than cookies. It’s about the girls and supporting their leadership journey. It’s about providing troops with funds to pay for activities or service projects that make our world a better place. And for our council, it’s about ensuring Girl Scouting continues to thrive in our community. 

As a troop cookie manager, we hope you will use this site as a resource and find everything you need to make your experience as positive as possible. We also encourage you to sign up for Cookie Program announcements by texting "Join" to 281-324-8760. The council will send updates, reminders, and tips to TCMs throughout the cookie season if they have opted-in to receive text messaging.

Thank you for giving your time and talent so girls can participate in this wonderful tradition. Together, we can make her future brighter! 

Key Dates

December 2 - Troop cookie managers who have met all requirements and girls with the current year membership will begin being uploaded into ABC Smart Cookies

January 10 - Starting Inventory Orders are due

January 27 - Be a Digital Cookie Rockstar! webinar, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

January 29 - February 8 - Cookie deliveries begin

February 1 - Girls receive registration link email for Digital Cookie

February 8 - Cookie Program begins!

February 14 - Cookie booths begin!

March 23 - Cookie sale ends
