Information for the Cookie Program

Access the Product Program Volunteer Onboarding Process site (gssjc.me/cookies) using your myGS credentials to verify which requirements are outstanding/completed to permit onboarding into the ABC Smart Cookies and Digital Cookie sites.

    Register for 2027 membership year.
    Add role as troop cookie manager in your myGS account.
    Current, clear background check (automated when role is added in your myGS account)
    Free of council debt
    Select Primary/Secondary manager role on gssjc.me/cookies. This ensures each troop cookie manager is properly uploaded into the cookie site.
    Verify F-36 Registration of Bank Account and ACH Authorization form has been submitted. To complete electronically, click the BankInfo tab in the Cookie - Troop group.
    Complete 2027 TCM Training on gsLearn or in-person (see attached). No registration is required for online training.
    Complete GSUSA Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Course in gsLearn.
    Troop cookie managers are on their honor to review and abide by the Troop Cookie Manager Position Description (see attached).

Ready to Explore

Every year, thousands of girls across our council get ready to participate in one of our most anticipated times of the year - Girl Scout Cookie season! The Cookie program is about so much more than cookies. It’s about the girls and supporting their leadership journey. It’s about providing troops with funds to pay for activities or service projects that make our world a better place. And for our council, it’s about ensuring Girl Scouting continues to thrive in our community. 

As a troop cookie manager, we hope you will use this site as a resource and find everything you need to make your experience as positive as possible. We also encourage you to sign up for cookie program announcements by texting "Join" to 281-324-8760. The council will send updates, reminders, and tips to TCMs throughout the cookie season if you have opted-in to receive text messaging.

Key Dates

December 2 - Troop cookie managers who have met all requirements will begin being uploaded into ABC Smart Cookies

January 8 - Starting inventory orders are due before midnight

January 9 - Troop cookie managers gain access into Digital Cookie

January 10 - Families receive registration link email for Digital Cookie

January 27 - February 3 - Cookie deliveries

February 6 - Cookie program begins

February 10 - Cookie cupboards open

February 12 - Cookie booths and cookie stands begin

March 21 - Cookie program ends
