Do you need more cookies? Check around your community to see if a troop has too many cookies, and do a troop-to-troop transfer. Still need cookies beyond local troops? We are happy to share a special consignment pickup for the end of the 2025 cookie season, available March 12-22.

How does the consignment cookie option work?

Take out cookies on consignment from cookie cupboards for your troop's final cookie needs. Minimum: one case per order. Maximum: 24 total cases per troop with a three-case limit per variety. Consignment is done in full cases only. Troops may pick up cases over the consignment limit as regular first-come, first-served orders.

Unsold packages of cookies picked up these two weeks on consignment can be returned to the Girl Scout Center and Houston-area cupboards the week of March 24th, stay tuned for specific cupboard times and dates.

Troops are financially responsible for unreturned cookies. The adult returning cookies to the cupboard should have the original receipt issued by the cupboard at the time of pick up or a picture of it.

FAQs

1. Is a cupboard PIN still needed at the cupboard?

Yes!

2. For consignment cookies, can I return a partial case?

Yes, undamaged packages of cookies of the same variety issued from the cupboard from March 12-22 can be returned to the cupboard the week of March 24th (see specific cupboard info above).

3. Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Our cupboard managers will give you a receipt that indicates your cookies were picked up as consignment cookies. They will also note on your order in Smart Cookies if the cookies were picked up under the consignment cookie option.

4. Why is there a minimum and maximum package or case limit?

Minimum limits ensure more efficient order processing for our cupboard managers. Maximum limits ensures that all troops have an opportunity to opt into the consignment promotion.

5. If I placed a planned order, can I still take advantage of a consignment order?

Yes, you can take planned order cookies as consignment cookies up to the limits, or increase your planned order with additional consignment cookies.

6. Can I return consignment cookies to a cupboard different from where I picked up the cookies?

Yes, with your receipt.

7. What if I pick up an additional order during consignment? Would I be eligible to return all cookies from all additional orders?

You can come to the cupboard as often as you need the next two weeks, but the maximum available to return would be up to three cases per variety your troop picked up from March 12 – 22.

We still have over 7,000 booth opportunities left in the program. Grab your cookies at the cupboard nearest you and remind customers that this is the last week to enjoy America’s favorite cookies!

Embrace Possibility

Every year, thousands of girls across our council get ready to participate in one of our most anticipated times of the year - Girl Scout Cookie season! The  ookie program is about so much more than cookies. It’s about the girls and supporting their leadership journey. It’s about providing troops with funds to pay for activities or service projects that make our world a better place. And for our council, it’s about ensuring Girl Scouting continues to thrive in our community.

As a troop cookie manager, we hope you will use this site as a resource and find everything you need to make your experience as positive as possible. We also encourage you to sign up for cookie program announcements by texting "Join" to 281-324-8760. The council will send updates, reminders, and tips to TCMs throughout the cookie season if you have opted-in to receive text messaging.

Thank you for offering your time and talent so girls can participate in this wonderful tradition. Together, we can make her future brighter!
