• O-73A Emergency Action Plan - An EAP is required by Safety Activity Checkpoints for all Girl Scout activities. This checklist makes it easier to do.
• O-73B Emergency Wallet Card - This has been updated and has a new form number.
• O-73C Incident Report - Newly created report to be used to report any incident involving a girl or volunteer, whether it is major or minor.
• O-73D Emergency Procedures - Updated procedures to be used in the case of serious, accident, emergency, or fatality.
