Check in and Check out

Overnight Camp

The check in and check out times are as follows (unless otherwise noted.)

If the session starts on:
Sunday - Check in is from 2-4 p.m.
Wednesday - Check in is from 2-4 p.m.

If the session ends on:
Tuesday - Check out is from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Friday - Check out is from 7-8:30 p.m.

Note: Week 3 is a short week due to the Fourth of July holiday. Sessions ending on Wednesday, July 3 will check out from 7-8:30 p.m. (Sessions ending on Tuesday, July 2 will check out from 7:30-8:30 p.m. as usual.)

You will need to complete all your health forms online prior to the beginning of your session. Please do not send forms to Council and do not bring forms to camp.

Please do not bring pets to check in or check out.

Day Camp

If you are attending the Program Place for Girls, camp begins at 8 a.m. each morning and ends at 5 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday.

Please note: During week 4 of the Program Place for Girls day camp, there is no camp on Thursday, July 4.

If you are attending End of Summer Bash day camp at Camps Agnes Arnold or Casa Mare, camp begins at 9 a.m. each day and ends at 3 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday.
