Program Aide

CADETTES

Program Aide (PA) is for Cadettes who want to expand their program mentoring and facilitation skills. The PA award is earned after girls complete a Leader in Action (LiA) award, attend a council PA cours  and then work directly with girls over six activity sessions. This might be assisting on a Journey, with badge activities or other sessions. You might work with a group at their meetings, a day camp or a special council event.
